Where is the best place to stand for an agrument? Do you choose a side or stay neutral? Any one that you choose, you will get hurt. It will be either the opposing party or both parties. The best thing is not to know about any agrument and to stay a far from hearing any (if you can).

If you have an opinion about an issue take a stand. It is important to remain true to yourself. You never know, your opinion might be strong enough to change the situation for the better.
But if it is an issue that you don't really care about one way or the other just stay out of the argument.
That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it.
well i do pick sides when an agruement is worth it but not for unnecessary shit.
Stand up for what you believe in. If you have true friends, they will respect that. If not than at least you can respect yourself.
